Accredited Datacenters
Our hardware is located in two datacentres in Manchester, United Kingdom. Both feature skilled, 24x7x365 onsite engineers, redundant N+1 UPS and N+1 diesel generators, fire suppression and VESDA detection systems.
Both our Manchester datacentre facilities have leading accreditations (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and PCI DSS) and best practice security and access controls to ensure that our investment and your service is well protected.
Load Balanced Platform
Using the latest-generation hardware, our cloud platform uses multiple load-balanced clusters which use a high-performance fibre-channel SAN fabric, which gives us the ability to quickly and cost-effectively add additional capacity as our growth requires and for that new capacity to benefit all our customers, not just the new.
We are a member and LIR of RIPE NCC, which means we own our IP address space. This allows us to employ a multi-homed BGP routed network border using multiple premium transit providers, such as Level 3, Cogent and Hurricane Electric, and peering exchanges to give capacity, redundancy, low-latency and performance.
